Marty Zeeb, SIOR
Marty Zeeb was born and raised in Visalia and is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara. Marty worked as Director of Submerged Land-leases for the U.S. Government of the Virgin Islands. After he returned to Visalia, he began at Property Management Specialists (PMS). While at PMS he handled the management and leasing of commercial and office properties. He was promoted to General Manager and continued to specialize in commercial properties as well as overseeing operations of the management company.
In 1986, after receiving his broker license, Marty started Zeeb Commercial Real Estate. ZCRE specializes in leasing, sales and investment analysis of commercial, industrial and office properties. After over 35 years in the business and thousands of transactions, Marty is respected as an authority on Visalia & Tulare counties Real Estate markets.
Marty is a member of the SIOR and has completed several C.C.I.M. courses. He is active in the Methodist Church, Chamber of Commerce, and is a past Director of the Visalia Board of Realtors, a Past President of Visalia County Center Rotary, Kaweah Delta Hospital Foundation and Visalia Jaycees. He serves on the boards of the Fox Theater, YMCA, and BSA among others.
Kyle Rhinebeck SIOR

Originally from New York State, Kyle brings a diversified back ground centered around construction, He has worked for a heavy equipment earth moving company , concrete foundation company, framing for a general contractor, concrete drilling & sawing companies . Kyle came to Tulare County with Atlantic Gulf Corporation in 1985 and started his Real Estate Career in 1987 working on New Home Sub-divisions and was the Managing Real Estate Broker for a Local Builder Developer, while at the same time owning and operating his own Mortgage Company. Kyle made the transition from Broker Manager of a twenty- two agent operation to a Commercial /Industrial Broker in 1996 and was invited to join Zeeb Commercial Real Estate in 1999.
Kyle is very active in Investment Real Estate, in 2008 achieved the SIOR Designation Industrial Specialist from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Shari (Mullins) Aguirre is a lifelong resident of the San Joaquin Valley. Born and raised in Visalia she began her local real estate career in 1991. Shari sold residential real estate for Century 21 and later worked in new subdivision sales for a local builder. Shari also worked for several years in property management handling hundreds of properties in the Tulare County area.
Shari joined the Zeeb Commercial Real Estate team back in 2001 starting out as a licensed assistant to Marty Zeeb. Upon obtaining her Brokers license in 2004 she was promoted to Broker Associate in the firm. Her accounting background along with her strong community ties and diverse real estate career experience make her a balanced and seasoned expert in commercial real estate.
Shari and her husband enjoy living in rural Exeter and hobby farm a small almond crop. She actively participates in church activities, speaks at Christian women’s events and regularly volunteers at Yosemite Bible Camp.

Born and raised in Visalia, Marc has over 13 years of experience with Zeeb Commercial Real Estate. From large corporate franchises to small independently owned businesses, Marc knows his hometown and surrounding areas well and works hard for his clients. Whether it’s retail, office, industrial, multi-family or land, Marc represents both buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants, in commercial real estate transactions.
Marc is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife Danielle and three young children. From his days playing local soccer and baseball to playing soccer on scholarship at Dominican University, Marc is a competitor by nature and enjoys the fast pace of the growing commercial real estate market in the San Joaquin Valley. Marc earned his B.A. in International Business with an emphasis in Global Marketing from Dominican University in Marin County, California. In 2004, Marc joined the Zeeb Commercial Real Estate focusing on his clients’ goals and exceeding their expectations, Marc brings his expertise to broker commercial industrial, office, and retail properties all over Central California. Originally from Bakersfield where his family was in the cotton business, John moved to Visalia over 30 years ago to raise his family. Splitting time between the produce business and firefighting as well as being a business owner, John retired from the fire service in April of 2020 to focus full time on Commercial Real Estate. John spent several years working part time for Zeeb as Marty’s assistant and came on board full time in September of 2020.
John attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he earned a degree in Agri Business Management and, several decades later, returned to school to earn an MBA from Fresno State (2014). John gained valuable experience in real estate finance while with Bank of America and real estate appraisal while with Dallis Higdon & Associates. Additionally, he has experience in farming and ranching and, of course, firefighting. John is easy to talk to and has a broad background of experience to draw from.
Originally from Texas, Jessica has called Visalia home for 20 years. Jessica received her BA from Texas Lutheran University and MPH from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. In 2001, she and her husband moved to Visalia for her husband to work in the family business. Upon moving to Visalia, Jessica worked for Tulare County Health & Human Services in both Administration and Emergency Services. She took time off to raise her young children and during that time became interested in real estate investing. The hobby of searching for and acquiring investment property, turned into a career in 2018 when Jessica obtained her real estate license. She began her real estate career selling residential real estate for Robyn Icenhower & Associates at Keller Williams. In 2021, Jessica joined the Zeeb Commercial Real Estate team.
Jessica is an active participant in the community and her children’s school serving on Boards and as president of the St. Paul’s School Parent’s Guild. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys watching her children’s sporting competitions, golfing with her husband, and hiking in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
