Carter is a native of Tulare County who grew up in Agriculture. He ultimately landed in commercial real estate after working a few different jobs, but he came into the field after a summer when he was able to preview Zeeb Commercial Real Estate. Since then, he has applied CRE into his everyday life in an attempt to become an expert in his field and the Central Valley's unique markets.
He can add value on all types of deals including industrial warehouses, professional offices, retail spaces, multifamily properties, open land, and commercial investments. He is also experienced in financial modeling and uses his skills as a resource to aid his clients in their operational and financial strategies.
Carter is a graduate of Gonzaga University and finished magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He concentrated in finance but also received a minor in entrepreneurial leadership from Gonzaga's esteemed Hogan Program. He is a member of Tulare Community Church, and when he is not in the office, he enjoys fishing, hiking, reading, or spending time with friends and family.
